Standard visit

This is a 30 minute visit and includes, but is not limited to feeding, water bowl change, kitty litter change, pooper scoop of back yard, play time, cuddle time, daily health inspection, mail collection, rubbish bins taken in/out on specified days, opening/closing curtains and switching lights on and off. We can also text you on a regular basis whilst you are away to let you know how your pet is going.

Doggie tags

Whilst your dog is in our care, we will attach a special Mutts and Moggies tag to their collar with our contact details. Should the unfortunate happen and your dog escapes while he/she is home alone, this tag will allow the finder to call us direct as you may not be contactable 24/7 whilst you are away. This service is included in our standard fee.

Standard visit plus extras

This can include all of the services available in a standard visit plus any extra duties that can be achieved within 45-60 minutes such as watering of your pot plants and garden, sweeping or blowing your porch/driveway clear of leaves, mowing your front lawn, cleaning out any enclosures as required and any other extra duties you would like attended to in your absence. We can also offer a photo and activity report on your pet/s to be emailed to you 1-2 times/week.

Dog walking

Regular exercise is essential for your dog's health and wellbeing and will help to relieve the boredom of being home alone. We offer you the choice of 30 minutes to an hour for walk time and supply our own towels to dry your dog off if raining. This can be incorporated with the standard visit or as a stand alone service.

Small animal special

It isn't just dogs and cats that need care while you are away. We will also look after your much loved small animals including birds, fish, rabbits, mice, chickens or any other small animal you may have. This can include feeding, clean water, love and attention, supply of fresh greens and a quick cage cleanup if required.

Puppy time

If you have a small puppy that you don’t want left alone all day while you work, we can drop in once during the day to let the puppy out for toileting, feed and give cuddles.

Farm visit

This service is available for larger properties with lots of animals and can include egg collection, horse grooming and rugging, feeding of livestock and smaller pets and ensuring adequate water is available etc.

Pet taxi

We can arrange to pick up and drop off your dog, cat or other small animal anywhere within the metropolitan area. This includes the vet, airport, groomers, friends etc.
