Getting Started

Before you leave on your holiday, Kylie will come over for an initial, no cost, obligation free meeting with you and your pets in your home. This will allow you to get to know each other a little and for Kylie to establish a rapport with your pet.

At this meeting, we will go through all the details of your pets routine, their individual personalities and any little quirks we should know about, plus any extra’s you would like attended to whilst you are away. Kylie will note down essential information such as your emergency contact details, the number for your veterinarian and any other information that you feel is required. She will bring along a checklist for you to fill in to ensure nothing is forgotten and go through security procedures of your property.

By the end of this visit, you should have gotten to know Kylie a little better and feel comfortable in letting her into your home to care for those precious members of your family unable to go with you.

If you decide to proceed, a booking will be made. Keys will need to be collected at least 2 days before you leave and a 50% deposit will be required at this time (the balance being payable within 7 days of your return home). Please note: Your keys will be kept in a secure location separate to your personal information.
